This appointment includes a thorough interlocking retightening session to maintain your grid and keep your locs flourishing. We begin with a clarifying Sisterlocks-approved shampoo to remove buildup and prepare your scalp and locs for retightening. Followed by a light, nourishing leave-in conditioner to keep your hair hydrated without compromising the integrity of your locks. This service is for established Sisterlocks only.
Lock & Secure Interlocking for Traditional or Larger Locs This service is tailored for clients with larger, traditional locs who prefer interlocking to maintain strength, structure, and neatness at the roots. It’s perfect for those who want long-lasting results with minimal upkeep. We begin with a 5-minute rosemary-infused stimulating scalp spray, designed to awaken the scalp, boost circulation, and promote healthy hair growth. After letting it sit and penetrate the roots, we follow with a deep cleansing shampoo to remove buildup and prep the hair. Next, your locs are professionally interlocked at the root to secure new growth and reinforce each loc’s foundation. We finish with a lightweight leave-in conditioner to soothe and nourish your scalp without residue. Ideal for mature, medium-to-large traditional locs. Not for Sisterlocks or microlocs.
