Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to cancel your appointment 48hours prior to your appointment time you will automatically be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled service fee. This fee is not refundable nor does the fee go towards future services. Future appointment availability is based on this criteria. Happy Hair By Tam has the right to refuse service.
